      目的 评价客观结构临床测验(OSCE)技术应用于新型冠状病毒核酸采样培训的效果。方法 设计新冠病毒核酸采样OSCE,4个站点,整群选取护士长24名、教学秘书24名,随机抽取N2以上能级护士60人,参加测试。结果 4个站点得分分别为90.05±5.25、90.38±4.49、90.00±4.67、90.47±4.20。参加测验的护士和考官满意度平均为96%。结论 评价客观结构临床测验(OSCE)技术,增进护士知识、理论概念及操作能力外,还协助其增进人际关系、批判思维及应用整合能力,满足临床用人需求,是验证护士快速规范掌握新冠病毒核酸采样此种新技术有效方式。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the efficacy of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in novel coronavirus nucleic acid sampling training. Methods Novel coronavirus nucleic acid sampling OSCE was designed in 4 sites. 24 head nurses and 24 teaching secretaries were selected from the whole group, and 60 nurses with N2 or above level were randomly selected to participate in the test. Results The scores of 4 sites were 90.05±5.25, 90.38±4.49, 90.00±4.67 and 90.47±4.20, respectively. Nurses and examiners who took the tests reported an average of 96 percent satisfaction. Conclusion The evaluation of objective structured clinical test (OSCE) technique can not only improve nurses" knowledge, theoretical concept and operational ability, but also help them improve their interpersonal relationship, critical thinking and application integration ability, so as to meet the clinical employment needs. It is an effective way to verify that nurses can quickly master novel coronavirus nucleic acid sampling technology.
