| 目的 调查泌尿外科日间手术患者对延续性护理的需求状况,分析其影响因素,为构建科学、有效的延续性护理模式提供依据。方法 采用自行编制的调查问卷对武汉市某三甲医院泌尿外科行日间手术的患者进行延续性护理需求调查,采用有序多分类logistic回归模型分析其影响因素。结果 本次调查中有65%的患者希望接受延续性护理服务。需求内容上“术后感染的护理”和“术后血尿的护理”排名最前；服务方式上电话或短信随访和出院健康指南接受度最高；服务人员方面患者更希望由医生、护士为其提供延续性护理服务；在随访时间和随访频次方面,患者的需求较为多元。日间手术患者的延续性护理服务需求与年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、付费方式、职业、手术次数和手术类型有关。结论 泌尿外科日间手术患者的延续性护理服务需求较高,需求的内容以专科护理需求和并发症护理需求为主,需求的形式灵活多样,在为泌尿外科日间手术患者提供延续性护理服务时应把握重点人群,以患者需求为导向,采取多模式的随访方式,构建医院—社区一体化延续性护理团队,为患者提供科学、有效的延续性护理。 |

| Objective: To investigate the status of continuous care needs of urological day surgery patients, and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for the construction of scientific and effective continuous care model. Methods: A self-compiled questionnaire was used to investigate the continuous care needs of patients undergoing day surgery in the urology department of a third-grade class A hospital in Wuhan, and the influencing factors were analyzed by using ordered multi-classification Logistic regression model. Results: In this survey, 65% of the patients wanted to receive continuing care services. In terms of demand content, "nursing of postoperative infection" and "nursing of postoperative hematuria" ranked the top. The highest acceptance of health guidelines for follow-up and discharge by telephone or text messages; In terms of service personnel, patients prefer doctors and nurses to provide them with continuous care services. In terms of follow-up time and frequency, patients" needs are diversified. Continuing care service demand of patients undergoing day surgery was related to age, gender, educational level, marital status, payment method, occupation, number of operations and type of surgery. Conclusion: Continuity of the urology surgery patients in the day care service demand is higher, the content of the demand is given priority to with nurse demand and complication nursing demand, demand in the form of a flexible, in the urology ambulatory surgery patients to provide continuity care services should grasp the key crowd, guided by the demands of patients, adopt the mode of multimode of follow-up, Hospital-community integration continuity nursing team is constructed to provide patients with scientific and effective continuity nursing. |
