| 目的：观察温热电灸腧穴疗法在治疗腺样体肥大肺脾气虚型儿童的应用效果。方法：选取 2019 年1 月 -2020 年 6 月于本院门诊就诊的 68 例患儿,将肺脾气虚型腺样体肥大患儿采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组予常规治疗(通窍鼻炎颗粒口服)和护理(健康教育、药物指导、饮食、情志等),观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上予温热电灸腧穴疗法,均以10日为一个疗程,共观察3个疗程。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、主要临床症状与体征积分的变化、腺样体大小和鼻咽气道阻塞改善程度及治疗依从性。结果：观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率、主要临床症状与体征积分的变化、腺样体大小和鼻咽气道阻塞程度、治疗依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：温热电灸腧穴疗法治疗腺样体肥大肺脾气虚型患儿临床效果明显,且患儿治疗依从性高,值得临床进一步推广应用。 |

| Objective:Observe the warm electricity jiu therapy in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy body acupoints in lung spleen-deficiency type and application effect of children.Methods：A total of 68 children admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.Children with adenoid hypertrophy of lung-spleen qi deficiency type were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment (Tongqiaobiyan granules oral) and nursing care (health education, drug guidance, diet, emotion, etc.).The observation group was treated with warm electric moxibustion and acupoint therapy on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. All patients were treated with 10 days as a course of treatment for 3 courses of treatment.Compare two groups of clinical curative effect, the change of the main clinical symptoms and signs of integral, adenoid body size and improved nasal die obstruction and treatment compliance.Results:The observation group was better than the control group in terms of total effective rate, changes in scores of main clinical symptoms and signs, size of adenoids, degree of nasopharyngeal airway obstruction and treatment compliance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The warm electric moxibustion acupoint therapy has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy, lung and spleen qi deficiency, and the treatment compliance is high, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application. |
