      目的 汉化并改良护士认知工作复杂性测评工具(the Complexity Assessment and Monitoring to Ensure Optimal Outcomes,CAMEO II),验证其应用于我国成人重症监护室护理工作量评估的有效性。方法 征得原作者同意后对CAMEO II进行汉化与改良,形成中文版CAMEO II;采用方便抽样法抽取2020年11月~12月上海市某三甲医院ICU收治的103例患者,运用中文版CAMEO II与治疗干预评分系统(Therapeutic Intervention Scoring System-28,Tiss-28)进行调查,分析其对ICU护理人力资源需求评估的有效性。结果 两轮德尔菲法的专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.892,量表各条目的变异系数范围在0~0.097,肯德尔系数为0.172 to 0.230 (P < 0.01),Cronbach"s α系数为0.798(P<0.05),量表各条目的内容效度I-CVI范围为0.89~1.00,平均内容效度指数为(S-CVI/Ave)为0.96。中文版CAMEO II与Tiss-28白班得分相关系数R=0.437,P<0.01,两者夜班得分相关系数为R=0.29,P<0.01,显示两者具有正相关性。结论 中文版CAMEO II具有科学性和可靠性,能为我国ICU护理人力资源评估及配置提供有效依据。

      Objective To translate and improve the complexity assessment and monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes (Cameo II) and verify the effectiveness of its application in the assessment of nursing human resources in adult intensive care unit (ICU) in China. Methods With the consent of the original author, CAMEO II was translated and cross-cultural adjusted into Chinese version of CAMEO; Using convenience sampling method among 103 patients who were admitted to the general ICU of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from November 2020 to December 2020 to investigate the effectiveness of the Chinese version of CAMEO II and the Therapeutic Intervention Scoring System-28 (Tiss-28) in assessing the needs of ICU nursing human resources. Results The positive coefficient of experts was 100%, the authoritative coefficient was 0.892, the coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 0.097, the Kendall coefficient was 0.172 to 0.230 (P < 0.01), the Cronbach"s α coefficient was 0.798 (P < 0.05), the content validity I-CVI ranged from 0.89 to 1.00, and the content validity index (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.96. The correlation coefficient of day shift score between Chinese version of Cameo and tis-28 was R = 0.437, P < 0.01, and the correlation coefficient of night shift score between them was R= 0.29, P < 0.01. Conclusion The Chinese version of the tool is scientific and reliable, which can provide an effective basis for the evaluation and allocation of nursing human resources in adult intensive care unit in China.
