目的：探讨在信息化支持下对门诊与住院患儿实施同质化智能镇静管理模式的成效。方法：采用前后对照方法，选取我院2019年6月-9月1348例检查前需要镇静的门诊与住院患儿作为研究对象。观察组：门诊与住院患儿在信息支持下实行同质化智能镇静管理模式，对照组：门诊与住院患儿实行传统镇静模式。结果：观察组患儿的一次性镇静有效率，家属依从性与家属满意度均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组不良反应发生情况与再次给药明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：采用信息手段，促进门诊和住院患儿镇静的同质化管理，能够提升镇静效率，提高临床服务品质。

英文摘要:

Objective:To explore the practice sedation management model for outpatients and inpatients under the support of information technology. Methods:1348 outpatients and inpatients who needed sedation before examination in our hospital from June to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.Divided into intervention and control group according to sedation time. Intervention group implemented homogeneous management sedation model supported by information technology, while control group performed a traditional sedation model. Results:Effective rate of one-off sedation, the compliance and satisfaction of family members in intervention group was higher than control group （P＜0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions and re-administration in intervention group were significantly lower than control group（P＜0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions:The use of information means to promote the homogenization of sedation in outpatients and inpatients can improve the efficiency of sedation and improve the quality of clinical services.
