      目的 验证中文版多维疲乏目录（Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory ，MFI-20）应用于脑卒中患者的信度和效度。方法 2019年4月至2020年1月，以收治于上海市2所康复医院的374例脑卒中住院患者作为调查对象，采用自行编制的一般资料调查表、苗雨等修订的中文版MFI-20及中文版疲劳严重程度量表（Fatigue Severity Scale，FSS）对患者进行调查。采用项目分析、相关分析及因子分析等方法对量表的信效度进行检验。结果 MFI-20量表量表总体的Cronbach’s α为0.815，各因子的内部一致性系数为0.714~0.862；共提取出6个公因子，分别为：动力下降、注意力疲劳、躯体性疲劳、活动减少、总体疲劳及精力不足，可累计解释总方差的68.21%。以疲劳严重度量表作为校标，MFI-20与其得分的相关关系数为0.580（P<0.01）。结论 中文版MFI-20用于脑卒中患者具有良好的信度和效度，可较好反应患者的脑卒中后疲劳程度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of multidimensional fatigue inventory (MFI-20) in stroke patients. Methods From April 2019 to January 2020, 374 stroke patients admitted to 2 rehabilitation hospitals in Shanghai were selected as the subjects. The self-compiled general data questionnaire, the Chinese version of MFI-20 and the Chinese version of the Fatigue Severity Scale et al were used to investigate the patients. Item analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The overall internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.815, and the internal consistency coefficients of the factor were 0.714~0.862. There were 6 common factors named as reduced motivation, attention fatigue, physical fatigue, reduced activity, general fatigue and energy deficiency, which could explain 68.21% of the total variance. According to the Fatigue severity scale (FSS), the correlation coefficient was 0.580 (P<0.01). Conclusions The Chinese version of multidimensional fatigue inventory (MFI-20) has good reliability and validity in stroke patients, and can be used as an assessment tool for post-stroke fatigue.
