      目的 探讨教师标准化病人(TSP)联合以团队为基础学习(TBL)教学模式在急诊科模拟临床实践教学中的应用价值。方法 选取2017~2020年期间我院272名本科护生为研究对象,按照实习先后顺序将其分为对照组(传统教学模式)138人和实验组(TSP联合TBL教学模式)134人开展临床实践教学。比较两组实习生的理论知识、临床操作技能成绩,对临床教学的满意度以及自我感知应急救护能力。结果: 实验组实习生各项考试成绩、对教学效果的满意度以及应急救护能力自评高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在模拟临床实践教学中应用TSP联合TBL教学模式,可有效提高实习生的临床综合能力、教学满意度及应急救护的自我效能

      【Abstract】Objective To explore the application value of teacher-standardized patient (TSP) combined with team-based learning (TBL) teaching model in simulated clinical practice teaching in emergency department. Methods From 2017 to 2020, 272 undergraduate nursing students in our hospital were selected as the research object. According to the order of practice, they were divided into the control group (traditional teaching mode) 138 people and the experimental group (TSP combined TBL teaching mode) 134 people for clinical practice teaching. The two groups of interns were compared in their theoretical knowledge, clinical operation skills, satisfaction with clinical teaching and self-perception of emergency rescue ability. Results: The test scores, satisfaction with teaching effect and self-assessment of emergency rescue ability of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The application of TSP combined with TBL teaching mode in simulated clinical practice teaching can effectively improve the clinical comprehensive ability, teaching satisfaction and self-efficacy of interns in emergency rescue. 【Key Words】Teachers Standardized Patient;Team Based Learning;Clinical nursing teaching;clinical practice;Nursing intern
