      目的 对国内外心房颤动患者的疾病知识评价工具进行系统整理，为临床护理人员选择合适的评价工具提供借鉴。方法 采用系统综述的方法，对6个中英文数据库进行检索，检索日期截止2021年4月30日。由2位研究人员进行数据提取，对结果进行系统整理与评价。结果从数据库中鉴定出10份心房颤动患者的疾病知识问卷。所有问卷均已经过信效度评价，问卷条目从4到42个不等，各问卷所适用的细分人群不同。结论：临床护理人员可借鉴本研究结果，根据评价目标，针对性地选择合适的评价工具。
英文摘要:
      Objective To review the disease knowledge assessment tools for patients with atrial fibrillation at home and abroad, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods CINAHL, EMBASE, MEDLINE, PsycINFO, CnKI and Wanfang 6 Chinese and English databases were retrieved by systematic review, and the retrieval date was up to April 30, 2021. Data were extracted by 2 researchers, and the results were systematically sorted and evaluated. Results Ten disease knowledge assessment tools for patients with AF were identified based on 410 literature retrieved from the database. All questionnaires have been evaluated for reliability and validity, ranging from 4 to 42 items. The evaluation content covers general knowledge, symptoms, treatment and complications of atrial fibrillation, etc., and each questionnaire is applicable to different populations. Conclusion There are 10 questionnaires verified by reliability and validity that can be used to evaluate the disease knowledge of patients with atrial fibrillation. Clinical nursing staff can select appropriate evaluation tools according to the evaluation objectives.
