      目的 分析一种精神科多功能腕部磁控约束带在精神科保护性约束中的效果。方法 2020年1月—12月，将符合《国际疾病分类（第10版）》（ICD-10）精神分裂症诊断标准的120例需要保护性约束的患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用授予实用新型专利证书的精神科多功能腕部磁控约束带约束，对照组采用普通棉布约束带约束，每30分钟观察一次。比较两组约束时患者约束部位有无红肿、抓到工作人员、抓床单、隔尿垫。结果 观察组约束患者约束部位出现红肿、抓到工作人员、抓床单、隔尿垫发生均较对照组少（P＜0.05）。结论 一种精神科多功能腕部磁控约束带约束效果优于普通磁控约束带，可推广运用于临床。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the effect of a psychiatric multifunctional wrist restraint band in psychiatric protective restraint. Methods From January to December 2020, based on the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10，120 schizophrenic patients with protective constraints were selected . According to the random number table method, patients were divided into observation group and control group. Using psychiatric multifunctional wrist restraint which is granted the certificate of utility model patent in the observation group and ordinary cotton cloth restraint in the control group, observation was conducted every 30 minutes. When the two groups were restrained, the patients were compared for redness swelling at the restraint site, grasping the staffs, grabbing the sheets and the urine pad during the restraint. Results The occurrence of redness and swelling at the restraint site, grasping of staffs, grabbing the sheets and the urine pad in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion a psychiatric multifunctional wrist restraint band has better restraint effect, it can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
