| 目的 研究探讨视神经脊髓炎普系疾病(NMOSD)输注脐带源间充质干细胞(hUC-MSC)的护理与安全管理。方法 收集2019.01~2021.01期间本接受治疗的102例NMOSD患者随机抽签法分为观察组、对照组,各51例。观察组患者给予hUC-MSC输注治疗及安全管理,对照组患者给予安慰剂治疗。综合评估两组患者的临床疗效、免疫功能指标、护理满意度、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率等指标。结果 观察组总有效率为88.24%(45/51),对照组为66.67%(34/51),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD3+、CD4+细胞阳性率、CD4+/CD8+比值均高于对照组,而CD8+细胞阳性率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为92.16%(47/51),对照组为74.51%(38/51),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.84%(4/51),对照组为23.53%(12/51),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 视神经脊髓炎普系疾病输注脐带源间充质干细胞的治疗效果及护理效果良好,能够提高患者治疗的有效性和安全性,增强患者机体的免疫功能,改善患者的生活质量和护理满意度,可临床推荐。 |

| Objective To study the nursing and safety management of umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells (HUC MSc) infusion in patients with neuromyelitis optica (nmosd). Methods 102 patients with nmosd who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The observation group was given HUC MSc infusion treatment and safety management, and the control group was given placebo treatment. The clinical efficacy, immune function index, nursing satisfaction, quality of life score, incidence of adverse reactions and other indicators of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated. Results the total effective rate was 88.24% (45 / 51) in the observation group and 66.67% (34/51) in the control group, which was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the positive rates of CD3 +, CD4 + cells and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the positive rate of CD8 + cells in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.16% (47/51), and that of the control group was 74.51% (38/51), which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.84% (4/51) in the observation group and 23.53% (12/51) in the control group, which was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect and nursing effect of umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells infusion in patients with neuromyelitis optica is good, which can improve the effectiveness and safety of treatment, enhance the immune function of patients, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which can be recommended in clinical practice. |
