      总结1例钩突部胰腺癌患者行胰十二指肠切除联合自体小肠移植及人工血管重建术的术后护理经验。包括术后重视抗凝治疗的护理并观察其效果,ERAS理念下早期合理个体化的营养支持治疗,出现腹泻、屎肠球菌感染后共管模式下采取针对性护理,严密观察引流液的性状及量,早期拔除引流管及功能锻炼,通过积极有效的护理,患者于术后第41天顺利出院。

      【 】 To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of a patient with uncinate process pancreatic cancer who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy combined with autogenous small intestine transplantation and vascular reconstruction. Including postoperative nursing and observe the effect of anticoagulants, early nutrition support reasonable individualized treatment in the concept of ERAS, occurrence diarrhoea, excrement enterococcus infection after condominium take pertinent nursing mode, the strict observation of drainage fluid properties and quantity, early remoal of drainage tube and functional exercise, through positive and effective nursing care, patients in postoperative day 41 smoothly discharged from hospital.
