| 调查了解医联体护士及患者对“互联网+护理服务”意愿，为更好地推动医联体内“互联网+护理服务”发展提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2021年4月在上海市第八人民医院及6家医联体医院工作的648名护士及143名患者为调查对象，采用自行设计的调查表对护士及患者对“互联网+护理服务”意愿进行问卷调查。结果 本次调查共发放问卷800份，回收有效问卷791份，有效回收率98.88%，其中医联体护士648份，患者143份。571名（88.12%）护士和143名（100%）患者支持“互联网+护理服务”的开展，447名（68.98%）护士表示愿意参与“互联网+护理服务”，但仅有4.32%的护士曾参加过“互联网+护理服务”，且5.59%的患者对该项服务非常了解。92.9%的护士和80.42%的患者希望由工作5年及以上的护士参与“互联网+护理服务”，并且希望护士进行专科培训，且具有专科资质。79.63%的护士担心参与“互联网+护理服务”的安全问题，78.40%的护士希望能从参与“互联网+护理服务”中获得绩效奖励；在服务价格方面，护士和患者差异较大，64.97%的护士认为“互联网+护理服务”的价格应该为200-300元/次，而82.52%的患者希望价格低于200元/次。结论 医联体护士和患者都支持开展“互联网+护理服务”，但其对该项服务内涵了解程度较差，部分护士担心上门服务的安全问题，双方在服务价格、医院等级等方面存在较大差距，因此，为更好地推动“互联网+护理服务”的开展，一定要加强对“互联网+护理服务”的宣传力度，平衡护士及患者的需求，制定出切实可行的实施方案及配套政策，提高护士和患者的满意度。 |

| Investigation on the willingness of nurses and patients of medical consortium to "Internet + Nursing Service"

Abstract: Objective To explore the willingness of nurses and patients of the medical consortium to "Internet + nursing service", and to provide references for better promoting the development of "Internet + nursing service" in the medical consortium. Methods In April 2021,totally 143 patients and 648 nurses working in Shanghai Eighth People's Hospital and 6 medical combination hospitals were selected by convenient sampling. Self-designed questionnaires were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on nurses' and patients' willingness to "Internet + nursing service". Results A total of 800 questionnaires were issued in this survey, and 791 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The effective response rate was 98.88%, including 648 medical consortium nurses and 143 patients. 571 (88.12%) nurses and 143 (100%) patients supported the development of "Internet + Nursing Service", and 447 (68.98%) nurses expressed their willingness to participate in "Internet + Nursing Service", but only 4.32% of the nurses had participated in "Internet + Nursing Service", and 5.59% of patients are very familiar with the service. 92.9% of nurses and 80.42% of patients hope that nurses who have worked for 5 years or more will participate in the "Internet + Nursing Service", and they hope that nurses will receive specialized training and have specialized qualifications. 79.63% of nurses are worried about the safety of participating in "Internet + Nursing Service", 78.40% of nurses hope to get performance rewards from participating in "Internet + Nursing Service"; in terms of service prices, there is a big difference between nurses and patients, with 64.97% of them Nurses believe that the price of "Internet + nursing service" should be 200-300 yuan/time, while 82.52% of patients hope that the price is lower than 200 yuan/time.. Conclusion Both nurses and patients of the medical consortium support the development of "Internet + Nursing Services", but their understanding of the connotation of the service is poor. Some nurses are worried about the safety of on-site services. There is a big gap between the two parties in terms of service prices and hospital levels. Therefore, in order to better promote the development of "Internet + nursing services", we must strengthen the propaganda of "Internet + nursing services", balance the needs of nurses and patients, and formulate practical implementation plans and supporting policies to improve satisfaction of nurses and patients.
