总结1例婴儿型庞贝病患儿的护理经验。护理重点主要有：对庞贝病患儿实施酶替代治疗,规范重组人类α-葡糖苷酶药物的使用评估、药物配比、静脉给药及注意事项等方面；加强对患儿呼吸系统、心功能损害的护理管理,减缓心肺功能进一步损害；加强药物的护理管理,个性化的营养支持、心理护理及出院指导等多方面措施,为患儿的提供全面的保障。经过积极的治疗与护理,患儿症状较前好转,于9d后出院。

英文摘要:

To summarize the nursing experience of a child with infantile Pompeii disease. The key points of nursing care included: enzyme replacement therapy for children with Pambet’s disease, standardization of the use of recombinant human acid alpha-glucosidase drug evaluation, drug mix, intravenous drug delivery and points for attention; To strengthen the nursing and management of respiratory system and heart function damage in children, and slow down the further damage of heart and lung function; to strengthen the nursing and management of drugs, individualized nutrition support, psychological nursing and discharge guidance, etc. , to provide comprehensive care for sick children. After active treatment and nursing, the child’s symptoms improved and he was discharged after 9 days.
