在国家政策的支持下，“互联网+护理服务”在先期6省市开展试点的基础上，逐步在全国各地进行推广。为响应国家、省、市号召，济南市各级医疗机构成立“互联网+护理服务”领导小组和工作小组，依托第三方“九州优护”APP平台，将本单位的延续护理服务纳入全市统一管理。初步构建“网约护士”、“医院-社区-家庭”2种护理服务模式，建立运行保障机制。文章通过平台建设、服务项目、服务定价、运行机制、风险防控等方面综述了济南市开展“互联网+护理服务”的现状和进展，在制度管理、医保政策、推广宣传、平台建设等方面指出了开展过程中出现的问题。

英文摘要:

With the support of national policies, the "Internet + Nursing Service" has been gradually promoted throughout the country on the basis of the initial pilot projects in 6 provinces and cities. In response to the call of the state, the province and the city, medical institutions at all levels in Jinan have set up leading groups and working groups for "Internet + Nursing Services", relying on the third-party "Jiuzhou You Nursing" APP platform to incorporate the unit's continuing nursing services into the city's unified management . Preliminarily build two nursing service models of "online appointment of nurses" and "hospitals, communities, and families", and establish an operation guarantee mechanism. This article summarizes the current situation and progress of "Internet + Nursing Service" in Jinan City through platform construction, service items, service pricing, operation mechanism, risk prevention and control, etc., and points out in terms of system management, medical insurance policy, promotion and platform construction problems that arose during the development process.
