      目的　探讨格林模式在2型糖尿病患者规范胰岛素注射中的效果。方法 选取上海市某三级乙等综合性医院内分泌科67例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组34例予常规健康教育,观察组33例在常规教育基础上实施格林模式的健康教育。评价两组患者胰岛素注射的知信行及糖代谢水平。结果 上海市远郊2型糖尿病患者胰岛素注射现状不容乐观,存在多处认知误区。干预6月后,观察组胰岛素注射知性行各维度得分优于对照组(t值分别为8.463、19.127、14.637；P<0.001)。糖化血红蛋白水平较对照组下降 (t值6.430；P<0.001)。结论 基于格林模式的胰岛素规范化注射教育能有效提升上海远郊地区 T2DM 患者胰岛素注射知信行水平,一定程度上改善患者HbA1c。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the effect of PRECEDE-PROCEED model in the injection of insulin into the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: 67 patients with T2DM from a certain middle first-class hospital of Shanghai were selected and randomly divided into control group which consists of 34 patients and observation group which has the rest. Then, the conventional health education was given to control group, based on which an additional PRECEDE-PROCEED model health education was performed on observation group to evaluate their KAP and carbohydrate metabolism level.
