      目的 探讨品管圈活动降低社区居家留置胃管非计划性拔管的应用效果。方法 成立品管圈小组，选定活动主题为降低社区居家留置胃管非计划性拔管率。回顾性分析2019年1月-12月社区居家留置胃管患者非计划拔管的情况并进行要因分析及真因验证，并拟定实施护理对策：及时上门宣教，建立导管安全意识；强化落实胃管固定技能；正确评估患者意识，有效落实正确约束方法。结果实施品管圈活动后，社区居家留置胃管患者非计划性拔管发生率由16.49%降至3.06%(P＜0.05)。结论 品管圈活动有效降低社区居家非计划性拔管的发生，保障患者安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle in reducing unplanned extubation of indwelling gastric tube at home in the community. Methods A quality control circle group was established to select the theme of the activity to reduce the rate of unplanned extubation of the indwelling gastric tube at home in the community. To retrospectively analyze the situation of unplanned extubation of patients with indwelling gastric tube at home in the community from January to December 2019, and conduct and conduct the main cause analysis and the true cause verification, and develop and implement nursing strategies: timely visit education, to establish the awareness of catheter safety, to strengthen the implementation of gastric tube fixation skills, to correctly evaluate patient awareness and effectively implement correct restraint methods. Results After the implementation of quality control circle activities, the incidence of unplanned extubation of patients with indwelling gastric tube at home in the community dropped from 16.49% to 3.06% (P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activities effectively reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation at home in the community and ensure patient safety.
