| 目的 探究6S管理在ICU仪器设备管理中应用价值。方法 我院2020年1月开始在ICU仪器设备管理中实施6S管理模式,以该模式实施前后两个时间段ICU仪器设备管理过程中仪器设备管理效果(仪器设备放置规范率、设备完好率、使用登记完整率、仪器故障率、维修频率、仪器设备平均保养时间、环境整理时间、仪器取用耗时)、仪器设备管理能力及满意度情况。结果 实施后仪器设备放置规范率、设备完好率、使用登记完整率分别为97.40%、98.70%、96.10%,均高于实施前的87.01%、90.91%、85.71%,差异显著(P＜0.05)；实施后仪器故障率、维修频率较实施前低(P＜0.05)；实施后仪器设备平均保养时间、环境整理时间、仪器取用耗时均较实施前短(P＜0.05)；实施后的医务人员ICU仪器设备管理水平明显高于实施前,差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。实施后满意度95.83%高于实施前的66.67%,差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论 在ICU仪器设备管理中,应用6S管理,可提升仪器设备管理质量及仪器设备管理效率,提升医务人员仪器设备管理能力及仪器满意度。 |

| : Objective To explore the application value of 6S management in ICU instrument and equipment management. Methods In January 2020, our hospital began to implement the 6S management mode in ICU instrument and equipment management. In the process of ICU instrument and equipment management in the two time periods before and after the implementation of this mode, the effect of instrument and equipment management (instrument and equipment placement standard rate, equipment integrity rate, use registration integrity rate, instrument failure rate, maintenance frequency, average maintenance time of instrument and equipment, environmental sorting time, instrument access time) Instrument and equipment management ability and satisfaction. Results after the implementation, the standard placement rate of instruments and equipment, the intact rate of equipment and the integrity rate of use registration were 97.40%, 98.70% and 96.10% respectively, which were higher than 87.01%, 90.91% and 85.71% before the implementation (P < 0.05); The failure rate and maintenance frequency of the instrument after implementation were lower than those before implementation (P < 0.05); After the implementation, the average maintenance time of instruments and equipment, environmental sorting time and instrument access time were shorter than those before the implementation (P < 0.05); The management level of instruments and equipment in ICU after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate after implementation was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% before implementation (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of 6S management in ICU instrument and equipment management can improve the quality and efficiency of instrument and equipment management, and improve the instrument and equipment management ability and instrument satisfaction of medical staff. |
