中文摘要:
      目的 深入了解新辅助化疗乳腺癌患者化疗期间的心理体验，以期为临床护士制定针对性的干预措施并提供依据。方法 采用立意抽样法，选取14名新辅助化疗乳腺癌患者为研究对象，采用Colaizzi资料分析法进行资料分析。结果 通过访谈资料的反复比较、归纳，对新辅助化疗期间乳腺癌患者心理体验共提炼出4个主题：应对方式不良、信息支持缺乏、幸福感下降，压力负担。结论 乳腺癌患者在新辅助化疗期间对疾病和治疗有强烈不确定感，医护人员需了解她们的内心需求，因人制宜为患者提供对应的医疗信息与情感等方面的支持，提高患者对疾病的认知和应对的能力。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract：Objective To deeply understand the psychological experience of breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy during chemotherapy, in order to provide basis for clinical nurses to formulate targeted intervention measures. Methods Fourteen breast cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy were selected as the research objects by means of intentional-sampling method, and data were analyzed by Colaizzi data analysis method. Results Through repeated comparison and induction of interview data, four themes were extracted from the psychological experience of breast cancer patients during neoadjuvant chemotherapy: poor coping style, lack of information support, decline in happiness, and stress burden. Conclusion Patients with breast cancer have a strong sense of uncertainty about disease and treatment during neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Medical staff need to understand their inner needs, provide patients with corresponding medical information and emotional support according to personal conditions, and improve patients' ability to recognize and cope with the disease.
