中文摘要:

急性皮肤衰竭主要发生在低灌注情况下的重症患者。文章对急性皮肤衰竭的定义、诊断标准、危险因素、鉴定与评估标准、预防与管理进行综述,以期提高医护人员对急性皮肤衰竭的识别与处理,提高对重症患者的关注,推动重症患者皮肤管理的发展。

英文摘要:

Acute skin failure (ASF) is defined as hypoperfusion of the skin resulting in tissue death in the setting of critical care. Researchers conducted a system review about the definition, diagnostic criteria, risk factors, identification and evaluation criteria, prevention and management of acute skin failure, in order to improve the identification and treatment of acute skin failure, improve the attention of severe skin and promote the development of critical care management.
