      目的 探讨集束化舒缓护理在HPV疫苗接种中的应用。方法 选取2021年10月10日至2021年12月10日在本门诊接受HPV疫苗接种就诊者共200例，按照就诊时间先后分为对照组（100例）和观察组（100例）。对照组采用常规肌肉注射，观察组采用集束化舒缓护理包括芳香疗法、音乐疗法、减压球、优化注射等，比较两组就诊者的疼痛和焦虑的发生率。结果 观察组就诊者的疼痛评分和焦虑程度均低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论 采用集束化舒缓护理具有可操作性、有效性等优点，降低就诊者在接种疫苗时产生的焦虑和疼痛感，提高舒适感。
英文摘要:
      Purpose To explore the benefits of the administration of relaxation nursing bundle during HPV vaccination.?Methods?We have chosen 200 receivers who have received HPV vaccination in our clinic from Oct 10, 2021, to Dec 10, 2021. The receivers have been divided into the control group(100 cases) and the experimental group(100 cases). The control group received regular intramuscular injections, while the experimental group also received relaxation bundle care, including aromatherapy, music therapy, stress relief ball, optimized injection, and others.?Result The experimental group's level of pain and anxiety is lower than the control group, and the gap is statistically significant (All P<0.05).?Conclusion The relaxation nursing bundle is easy to operate and is proved to be effective in reducing the level of pain and anxiety of receivers during vaccination and improving comfort level.
