| 摘要 目的：观察基于子午流注纳子法的耳穴贴压对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：选取2019年1月~2019年12月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各30例。对照组实施常规耳穴贴压，试验组实施基于子午流注纳子法的耳穴贴压。比较2组视觉模拟量表（VAS）疼痛评分，日本骨科协会（JOA）下腰痛评分，临床疗效，腰椎功能障碍指数（ODI）评分及不良反应。结果：2组护理后的VAS评分和ODI评分均低于护理前，且护理后的试验组VAS评分和ODI评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组护理后的JOA评分均高于护理前，且护理后的试验组JOA评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组临床疗效差异有统计学意义，且试验组总有效率更高（P＜0.05）；2组均无不良反应。结论：基于子午流注纳子法的耳穴贴压可减轻腰椎间盘突出疼痛，增强疗效，改善腰椎功能并且安全。 |

| [Abstract]Objective:To observe the curative effect of auricular acupoint pressing on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.METHODS: 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional auricular acupoint pressing, while the experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing based on meridian flow Nazi method.Visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score, Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) low back pain score, clinical efficacy comparison, lumbar dysfunction index (ODI) score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: VAS score and ODI score after nursing in 2 groups were lower than before, and VAS score and ODI score in experimental group after nursing were lower than control group (P < 0.05).JOA score after nursing was higher in both groups than before, and JOA score in experimental group after nursing was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).There was statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups, and the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: The auricular acupoint compression based on the method of Ziwuliuxiaozi can relieve the pain of lumbar disc herniation, enhance the curative effect, improve the function of lumbar spine and is safe. |
