| 目的 探讨多家庭团体治疗对康复期双相情感障碍（BD）患者社会功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院2021年2月-2021年8月收治的83例BD患者，依据随机数字表法分为对照组（42例）、研究组（41例）；对照组采用常规康复治疗，研究组采用多家庭团体治疗；比较两组社会功能[个人和社会功能量表（PSP）]、生活质量[健康状况调查简表（SF-36）]及服药依从性。结果 两组治疗结束PSP评分高于治疗前，且研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗结束SF-36各方面评分均高于治疗前，且研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组服药依从性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 康复期BD患者采用多家庭团体治疗利于提高社会功能，改善生活质量，提升服药依从性。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of multi-family group therapy on social function and quality of life in patients with bipolar disorder (BD) during convalescence. Methods A total of 83 BD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to August 2021 were selected and divided into a control group (42 cases) and a research group (41 cases) according to the random number table method; the control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy, and the research group Multi-family group therapy was adopted; social function [personal and social functioning scale (PSP)], quality of life [short form of health status survey (SF-36)] and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The PSP score at the end of treatment in the two groups was higher than before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the medication compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of multi-family group therapy in convalescent BD patients is beneficial to improve social function, improve quality of life, and improve medication compliance. |
