      摘 要 目的 了解临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性现况并分析其影响因素，为临床制订针对性护理措施提供参考。方法 应用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、中文版造口患者生活质量量表，便利抽取168名临时性回肠造口患者进行调查。结果 临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性水平得分为（59.98±16.78）分，其中自强维度（14.46±4.30)分、乐观维度(9.41±2.86)分、坚韧维度（36.11±10.22）分。多元线性回归分析结果显示，年龄、有无造口并发症、婚姻状况、社会支持是临时性回肠造口患者心理弹性的主要影响因素（均P＜0.05）。结论 临时性肠造口患者心理弹性处于较低水平，对高龄、非在婚、有造口并发症、低社会支持的临时性回肠造口患者，应予正确引导，采取针对性措施以改善其心理弹性，从而提高患者的生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Abstract：Objective To investigate and understand the status of psychological resilience of patients with temporary ileostomy and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the clinical development of targeted nursing measures. Methods The general data questionnaire,CD-RISC,SSRS, and Stoma-QOL-C conveniently select 168 patients with temporary ileostomy for investigation. Results Temporary intestinal stoma patients got an average score（59.98±16.78) on psychological resilience, including strength dimension （14.46±4.30), optimism dimension(9.41±2.86), and tenacity dimension (36.11±10.22); The regression analysis results showed: Age, colostomy complications, marital status, social support and quality of life were the influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with temporary ileostomy. Conclusion The psychological resilience of patients with temporary enterostomy is at a low level. The elderly, non-married, patients with temporary ileostomy complications and low social support should be correctly guided and targeted measures should be taken to improve their mental resilience, to improve the quality of life of patients.
