      摘要:目的 探讨一种气管切开患者持续气道湿化的组件的设计与应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年6月上海市静安区闸北中心医院骨科收治的40例颈脊髓损伤气管切开患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组使用传统的气道湿化方法,观察组使用自行设计的新型持续气道湿化的组件,比较两组患者呼吸道并发症发生率和每日护士操作总时间。结果 观察组患者呼吸道并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护士使用新型持续气道湿化的组件操作总时间少于使用传统的气道湿化方法(P<0.05)。结论 一种新型持续气道湿化组件的使用不仅降低患者呼吸道并发症发生率,还有效节省护士操作用时,有利于提升护理工作效率,值得临床推广应用。

      Abstract: Objective To explore and analyze the design and the application effect of the Component used for tracheotomized patients of continuous airway moistening.Methods Select 40 tracheotomy patients with cervical spinal cord injury in Zhabei Central Hospital of Shanghai from 2020.1 to 2021.6, divided them into observation group (n=20) and control group (n=20) randomly. The control group used the traditional airway humidification method, and the observation group used the self-designed new type continuous airway humidification componentto compare the incidence of respiratory complication, the daily operation timebetween the two groups.Result The incidence of respiratory complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the daily operation time of the observation group was less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The component can not only improve patient comfort, keep the airway unobstructed, reduce the occurrenceof related complicationsbut also improve the work efficiency.
