      目的 探究男护士因其职业身份遭遇尴尬情境的体验和应对方式,为男护士更好地应对尴尬情境、适应职业角色提供指导。方法 采用目的抽样,对22名男护士进行半结构访谈,访谈资料采用内容分析法分析。结果 析出3个主题：(1)男护士遭遇的尴尬情境是多样的；(2)男护士遭遇尴尬情境后的体验是复杂的；(3)面对尴尬情境的应对①消极应对行为：“能躲则躲”与“选择沉默”；②积极应对行为：直面尴尬、寻求支持和提升自我；③认知调节：将心比心、摆正心态与合理化解释。结论 护理管理者应重视男护士尴尬情境体验,引导男护士正确看待尴尬情境,加强其在尴尬情境下沟通技能训练,积极引导其对尴尬的应对方式尽快从消极向积极转变。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the experience and coping style of male nurses in embarrassing situations due to their professional identity, and to provide guidance for male nurses to better cope with embarrassing situations and adapt to professional roles. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the 22 male nurse who were selected by purposive sampling. The interview data were analyzed by content analysis method. Results Three themes are refined: (1) The embarrassing situations of male nurses were diverse; (2) The experience of male nurses in embarrassing situations is complex; (3) The response to the embarrassing situation. ①negative coping behavior: "stay away" and "be silent"; (2) Positive coping behaviors: face the embarrassment, seek support and improve themselves; ③ Cognitive adjustment: put himself in others’ shoes, readjust mentality and rationalization. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to male nurses" embarrassing situation experience, guide male nurses to correctly view embarrassing situation, strengthen their communication skills training in embarrassing situation, and guide them to change their coping style to embarrassment from negative to positive as soon as possible.
