| 摘要：目的 分析癌症幸存者社会疏离纵向研究现状，明确社会疏离的预测因素与危害。方法 计算机检索pubmed、web of science、cochrane library、medline、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库，检索时限为建库至2021年8月10日，纳入国内外癌症幸存者社会疏离纵向研究的原始文献。结果 共纳入15篇文献，其中前瞻性队列研究有12篇，回顾性队列研究1篇，双向性队列研究2篇；分布在瑞典、加拿大、比利时等10个国家，其中中国发表2篇；有11篇文献报告乳腺癌幸存者，6篇文献报告前列腺癌幸存者，各有5篇文献报告结直肠癌和肺癌幸存者；在内容方面，6篇文献主要探索社会疏离的动态变化，2篇文献研究癌症幸存者社会疏离的预测因素，10篇文献评估社会疏离的不良影响。结论 癌症幸存者社会疏离纵向研究数量增加、内容丰富、对象充足，但总量不足、方法单一、覆盖面不全。此外，社会疏离对癌症幸存者生理、心理、生活质量有持续性的影响，生理、心理等因素也是癌症幸存者社会疏离的预测因素。因此今后应深入对癌症幸存者社会疏离纵向研究的开展，扩大研究覆盖面，同时医护人员在护理过程中密切关注癌症幸存者的社会疏离状况，提供有效的干预措施，提高生活质量。 |

| Abstract：Objective To analyze the longitudinal study of social isolation in cancer survivors, and to identify the predictors and harms of social isolation. Methods Pubmed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Medline, CNKI, Wanfang Database, China Biomedical Literature Database and WIP database were searched by computer. The time limit for searching was from August 10 to 2021, original literature on longitudinal studies of social isolation of cancer survivors at home and abroad. Results A total of 15 articles were included, including 12 prospective cohort studies, 1 retrospective cohort study and 2 bidirectional cohort studies, distributed in 10 countries including Sweden, Canada and Belgium, of these, 2 were published in China, 11 reported breast cancer survivors, 6 reported prostate cancer survivors, and 5 reported colorectal and lung cancer survivors each, 6 articles explored the dynamics of social isolation, 2 articles looked at predictors of social isolation among cancer survivors, and 10 articles assessed the adverse effects of social isolation. Conclusion The number of Social Isolation Longitudinal Study of cancer survivors is increasing, the content is rich, the object is sufficient, but the total quantity is insufficient, the method is single, the coverage is not complete. In addition, social isolation has a persistent impact on the physical, psychological and quality of life of cancer survivors. Physical and psychological factors are also predictors of social isolation of cancer survivors. Therefore, in the future, the research on social isolation of cancer
survivors should be deepened and the coverage should be expanded, and the social isolation of cancer survivors should be paid close attention to by health care workers in the nursing process, provide effective interventions to improve quality of life. |
