| 摘要 目的：调查干眼症患者健康促进生活方式的现状，分析其影响因素。 方法：采用便利抽样的方法，于2021年8月至2022年2月选取我院就诊的240名干眼症患者作为调查对象，使用一般资料调查表，健康促进生活方式量表及眼表疾病指数量表进行问卷调查。 结果：干眼症患者健康促进生活方式总得分（104.43±14.45）分，处于中等水平，各维度得分由高到低排名依次是营养、人际关系、精神成长、压力管理、健康责任、躯体运动。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、文化程度、工作时用电子产品时长、休闲时用电子产品时长和眼表疾病是干眼症患者健康促进生活方式的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论：干眼症患者的健康促进生活方式现状一般，尤其要重视年龄小、文化程度过低或过高、工作和休闲时电子产品使用时间长及眼表疾病严重的高危人群，护士在对其进行干眼治疗时需要进行针对性干预，以提供其健康生活方式，从而维持良好的身心状态。 |

| Abstract Objective: To investigate the current situation of health promoting lifestyle in patients with dry eye and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: using the method of convenient sampling, 240 patients with dry eye in our hospital from September 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the subjects. The general information questionnaire, health promoting lifestyle scale and ocular surface disease index scale were used for questionnaire survey. Results: the total score of health promoting lifestyle of dry eye patients was (104.43 ± 14.45), which was at the medium level. The scores of each dimension from high to low were nutrition, interpersonal relationship, spiritual growth, stress management, health responsibility and physical exercise. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level, time of using electronic products at work, time of using electronic products at leisure and ocular surface diseases were the influencing factors of health promoting lifestyle of patients with dry eyes (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the current situation of health promoting lifestyle of patients with dry eye is general. In particular, we should pay attention to the high-risk groups with young age, low or high educational level, long use of electronic products at work and leisure and serious eye surface diseases. Nurses need targeted intervention in dry eye treatment to provide their healthy lifestyle, so as to maintain a good physical and mental state. |
