      目的：调查老年冠心病患者电子健康素养水平并分析其影响因素。方法：采用方便抽样在上海市某三甲医院心内科病房选取老年住院冠心病患者进行问卷调查。结果：209例老年冠心病患者的电子健康素养总分为(22.68±10.48),合格率为28.23%。Logistic回归分析显示,教育程度、冠心病病程、上网查询健康信息、上网技能、急诊次数对患者电子健康素养水平存在影响(P＜0.05)。结论：老年冠心病患者电子健康素养较低。教育程度低、冠心病病程短、不上网查询健康信息、自觉上网技能差的患者中电子健康素养不合格者较多,而两年内急诊次数少的患者中电子健康素养合格者较多,因而在制定以提高电子健康素养为目的的干预方案时需考虑这些因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the status quo of ehealth literacy in elderly patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), and to explore its influencing factors. Methods: 209 elderly patients with CAD were selected by convenient sampling. Patient-reported data were collected on demographics, ehealth literacy, and its influencing factors. Results The total score of ehealth literacy in 209 elderly patients with CAD was (22.68±10.48), and the qualified rate of ehealth literacy was 28.23%. Binary logistic regression showed that education level, duration of CAD, online health information inquiries, self-rated online skills, and emergency department visits had significant effects on ehealth literacy of the elderly patients (P＜0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with CAD had lower ehealth literacy. Elderly patients with CAD who had low education level, short duration of CAD, no access to the Internet to query health information and poor self-rated online skills had more possibility of unqualified ehealth literacy, while those with fewer emergency department visits within two years had more possibility of qualified ehealth literacy. These factors need to be considered when formulating interventions to improve ehealth literacy.
