中文摘要:

研究显示3t感觉饱和法（3t Sensorial Saturation，3tSS）在缓解新生儿侵入性操作疼痛方面有积极作用，因此本文从3tSS法的定义发展、机制、干预方法及相关研究等方面进行综述，以期为国内新生儿疼痛管理提供一种简单有效的护理干预策略，为控制新生儿疼痛提供借鉴参考。

英文摘要:

The research shows that 3t sensorial saturation (3tSS) plays a positive role in relieving the invasive operation pain of newborns. Therefore, this article reviews the definition, development, mechanism, intervention methods and related research of 3tSS, so as to provide a simple and effective nursing intervention strategy for the management of neonatal pain in China and provide reference for controlling neonatal pain.
