      目的 了解利益相关者(包括CKD患者和照顾者、肾病营养师、肾内科医生和专科护士)对CKD患者饮食管理微信小程序的功能需求与建议,为将来开发以CKD患者为中心的居家饮食管理微信小程序提供参考。方法 采用目的性抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等医院的患者和照顾者,临床专业人员进行半结构式访谈。结果 共访谈利益相关者22人,其中CKD患者9人、照顾者4人、临床专业人员9人。提取出3个主题,分别是对饮食管理小程序的使用态度(总体上对饮食管理小程序表示期待),小程序的模块功能需求(提供全面的饮食管理信息、提供饮食决策支持、提供专业的饮食自我管理技能、提供情感支持渠道)、小程序的操作性能需求(操作简便、易学,界面简洁),具体的功能需求包括11个,分别为提供可靠的饮食知识、食物成分查询、个体化饮食建议、膳食营养监测/饮食记录与分析、制定个体食谱、专业人员咨询与指导、促进家庭成员参与、病友互动交流、在线购物、用户评价反馈、智能提醒。结论 研究结果表明利益相关者对CKD患者饮食管理小程序的使用持积极态度,要求小程序功能多元化,优化用户体验,保证小程序的实用性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the functional requirements and suggestions of stakeholders (including CKD patients and caregivers, renal dietitians, nephrologists, and specialist nurses) on diet management WeChat Mini Program for CKD patients, and provide reference for future development a CKD patient-centered home diet management tool. Methods A purposive sampling method was used to select patients and caregivers, clinical professionals from a tertiary hospital in Shanghai for semi-structured interviews. Results A total of 22 stakeholders were interviewed, including 9 CKD patients, 4 caregivers, and 9 clinical professionals. Three themes were extracted, which were their attitudes towards the use of the diet management Mini Program (overall showed great interest in the Mini Program), module functional requirements of the Mini Program (to provide comprehensive diet management information, dietary decision support, professional dietary self-management skills, and emotional support channels), and operational performance requirements of the Mini Program (easy to use and learn, with simple and concise interface), and there are 11 specific functional requirements, which is expected to provide reliable dietary knowledge, food composition query, individualized dietary advice, dietary nutrition monitoring/diet record and analysis, customize individual recipes, professional consultation and guidance, promote family’s participation, communication among patients, online shopping, user feedback, and intelligent reminder. Conclusions The results of the study indicated that stakeholders have a positive attitude toward the use of diet management Mini Program in CKD patients, and demand that the Mini Program should be functional diversification, optimize the user experience, and emphasize on the usefulness.
