      目的 总结亚定点医院在应对突发重大传染性疫情时护理管理实践经验，为亚定点医院建立提供参考。方法 结合具体实际，深入分析亚定点医院护理工作特点，总结护理管理难点，构建亚定点医院管理模式。结果 在该模式下，亚定点医院安全运行 25天，开放床位960张，包含80张重症监护病床。累计收治患者 2041例，治愈出院1584例，转出 114例。共计570名护理人员参与亚定点医院患者护理工作。总结 应对突发重大传染性疫情，建立亚定点医院在进行患者集中隔离与分级、分层收治发挥重要作用，高效的护理管理模式有助于亚定点医院护理工作顺利开展。
英文摘要:
      Objective：To summarize the practical experience of nursing management to combat emergencies of major infectious diseases in sub-designated hospitals, and to provide a reference for the establishment of sub-designated hospitals. Method Combined with the specific situation, deeply analyzed the characteristics of nursing work in sub-designated hospitals , we summarized the difficulties in nursing management, and constructed the nursing management mode of sub-designated hospital. Results : Under this model, the sub-designated hospital has been in effective operation for 25 days with total of 960 open beds, including 80 intensive care beds. Finally，a total of 2041 patients admitted and treated, with 1584 being cured and discharged, and 114 transferred. 570 nursing staff participated in the care of patients in this sub-designated hospital, and no cases of infection were reported. Conclusion ： The establishment of sub-designated hospitals plays an important role in centralized isolation and stratified treatment of patients, and the efficient nursing management mode contributes to the smooth development of nursing work.
