      目的：探讨基于AIDET沟通模式的预见性护理在老年股骨骨折手术患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2019年1月-12月在本院接受手术治疗的100例老年股骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于AIDET沟通模式的预见性护理,比较分析两组患者的心理状态、疼痛程度、并发症和护理满意率。结果：与对照组比较,观察组HAMD、HAMA、VAS评分和并发症发生率更低,护理满意率更高(P＜0.05)。结论：基于AIDET沟通模式下对老年股骨骨折患者开展预见性护理干预,不仅能够提高手术的安全性,而且还能消除患者的不良情绪,减轻其疼痛程度,有助于进一步提高患者的护理满意率。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the application value of predictive nursing based on AIDET communication model in elderly patients with femoral fracture surgery. Methods: Selected 100 elderly patients with femoral fractures who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January to December 2019 as the research objects, and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group, and the control group received routine Nursing, the observation group received predictive nursing based on the AIDET communication model, and the psychological state, pain degree, complications and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower HAMD, HAMA, VAS scores and complication rates, and higher nursing satisfaction rate (P<0.05). Conclusion: Predictive nursing intervention for elderly patients with femoral fracture based on the AIDET communication model can not only improve the safety of surgery, but also eliminate the patients" negative emotions and reduce their pain, which is helpful to further improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients .
