      目的 调查分析上海市63所医院1097名获得急诊急救护理适任证书的急诊专科护士核心能力现况调查,为进一步构建急诊专科护士延续性培训方案提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样法,应用自行设计的“急诊专科护士核心能力自评表”,选取上海市63所医院的1097名获得急诊急救护理适任证书后的急诊专科护士,对其核心能力现况进行调查和相关因素分析。结果 急诊专科护士核心能力总分为270分,平均分为 (240.49±31.84)分,条目均分为(4.45±0.16)分,六个维度得分由高到低分别为评判性思维能力、专业实践能力、专业态度、沟通协调能力、管理能力和专业发展能力。多元线性回归分析结果显示医院等级、本人目前职务、最终学历会对总体核心能力产生显著的正向影响关系。结论 上海市63所医院急诊专科护士总体核心能力处于中等偏上水平,其评判性思维能力较好,管理能力与专业发展能力相对较薄弱。护理管理者应重视和发展急诊专科护士核心能力,在制定延续培训方案中加强管理能力与专业发展能力的建设,同时建议建立急诊专科护士电子档案,纳入个人继续教育培训信息,进一步完善急诊适任专科人才建设。

      Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of the core competence of 1097 emergency specialist nurses in 63 hospitals in Shanghai after obtaining the emergency nursing competency certificate, so as to provide basis for further constructing the continuous training program of emergency specialist nurses.. Methods Using the cluster sampling method and the self-designed "self-assessment form of core competence of emergency qualified specialty nurses", 1097 emergency qualified specialty nurses from 63 hospitals in Shanghai were selected to investigate the current situation of their core competence and analyze the relevant factors.. Results The total score of core competence of emergency specialist nurses is 270, with an average score of (240.49 ± 31.84), and the average score of items is (4.45 ± 0.16). The scores of the six dimensions from high to low are critical thinking ability, professional practice ability, professional attitude, communication and coordination ability, management ability and professional development ability. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that hospital grade, my current position and final education will have a significant positive impact on the overall core competence. Conclusion The overall core competence of qualified emergency specialist nurses in 63 hospitals in Shanghai is at the upper middle level, their critical thinking ability is good, and their management ability and professional development ability are relatively weak. Nursing managers should pay attention to and develop the core competence of emergency specialty nurses, strengthen the construction of management ability and professional development ability in formulating continuing training programs, and suggest to establishing electronic archives of emergency specialty nurses, include personal continuing education and training information, and further improve the construction of emergency qualified specialty talents.
