      目的 探讨视唱练耳法在规培ICU护士仪器报警管理的应用效果,以期为ICU规培护士仪器报警管理教学方案提供理论依据和实践指导。方法 选取复旦大学附属中山医院2019年至2021年57例规培护士为研究对象,将2019年8月至2020年7月符合条件的规培护士设为对照组(n=29),采用传统的教学方法对其进行ICU仪器报警识别、处理培训,将2020年8月至2021年7月符合条件的规培护士设为实验组(n=28),采用视唱练耳法对其进行ICU仪器报警识别、处理培训。比较两组规培护士识别仪器设备报警声的速度、正确率、仪器设备报警处理措施的正确率以及报警疲劳的情况。结果 干预后,对照组识别仪器设备报警声的正确率(78%)低于实验组正确率(90 %),对照识别仪器设备报警声的速度(7.586±0.878s)低于实验组(5.507±0.500s),对照组对设备报警处理措施的正确率(73.1%)低于实验组(82.1%),对照组规培护士报警疲劳得分为20.897±4.003分,实验组规培护士报警疲劳得分为19.750±4.427分,差异无统计学意义(P=0.309)。结论 视唱练耳法是一种实用、有效的培训教育方法,可提高规培护士关于设备报警声的反应速度、快速识别仪器设备报警的声音来源及报警级别。

      Objective To establish the method of sight-singing and ear training for alarm management of ICU training nurse equipment, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the teaching plan of alarm management of ICU training nurse equipment. Methods 57 regular training nurses in Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and the qualified trained nurses from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the control group (n = 29). The traditional teaching methods were used to train them to identify and deal with the alarm of ICU instruments, and the qualified training nurses from August 2020 to July 2021 were set as the experimental group (nasty 28). The solfeggio and ear training method was used to train the ICU instrument to identify and deal with the alarm. The speed and accuracy of alarm sound, the correct rate of alarm treatment measures and the situation of alarm fatigue were compared between the two groups of nurses in order to identify the alarm sound of instruments and equipment. Results after intervention, the correct rate of alarm sound of identification instruments and equipment in the control group (78%) was lower than that in the experimental group (90%), and the speed of alarm sound in the control group (7.586 ±0.878s) was lower than that in the experimental group (5.507 ±0.500s). The correct rate of equipment alarm handling measures in the control group (73.1%) was lower than that in the experimental group (82.1%). The alarm fatigue score of regular training nurses in the control group was 20.897 ±4.003. The alarm fatigue score of regular training nurses in the experimental group was 19.750 ±4.427, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The method of sight-singing and ear training is a practical and effective training and education method, which can improve the response speed of regular training nurses about the alarm sound of equipment, and quickly identify the sound source and alarm level of equipment alarm.
