目的为更好对援沪医疗驻地生活物资进行管理；方法驻地医疗队开设了自助超市,并线上发放调查问卷；结果组建了自助超市,有效地解决生活物资调用问题；结论组建生活物资自助超市既能满足队员基本生活保障又能通过简单的方式缓解了心理压力,同时采用捐赠的方式还能够达到物资的最大化优化分配,达到资源合理配置。

英文摘要:

Objective In order to better manage the living materials of the medical resident in Shanghai. Method The resident medical team opened a self-service supermarket and distributed questionnaires online. Result The self-service supermarket was established to effectively solve the problem of living materials Question. Conclusion The establishment of a self-service supermarket for living materials can not only meet the basic living security of the team members, but also relieve the psychological pressure in a simple way. At the same time, the donation method can also maximize the optimal distribution of materials and achieve a reasonable allocation of resources
