| 目的 制定并探讨在区域医联体内“天使心理护航工程”方案的实施效果。方法 以心理发展的系统理论为指导,在文献研究和前期对综合性医院和社区医院护士调研的基础上制定“天使心理护航工程”方案,2021.3-2021.8我院医联体下7家社区卫生服务中心护士随机分成两组,对照组(n=80)实施常规管理；干预组(n=81)在常规管理基础上实施方案,干预前后分别测评护理人员新冠风险感知程度、心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式及坚毅并对两组结果进行比较。 结果 综合医院护士与社区护士在新冠风险感知中无明显差异,但社区护士的心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式和坚毅程度均低于综合医院护士。干预前后社区护士对新冠风险感知无明显差异(p?0.05),但干预后其心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式和坚毅程度均有所提高,且差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。 结论 以心理发展的系统理论为指导而构建的“天使心理护航工程”方案的实施对提升心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式、坚毅品质有明显效果,该模式是可行的、有效的、可推广的。 |

| Objective：To formulate and discuss the implementation effect of "angel psychological escort project" in the Regional Medical Association. Methods：Guided by the systematic theory of psychological development, the "angel psychological escort project" plan was formulated on the basis of literature research and early investigation of nurses in general hospitals and community hospitals. From March 2021 to August 2021, nurses in 7 community health service centers under the Medical Association of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group (n=80) implemented routine management; The intervention group (n=81) implemented the program on the basis of routine management. Before and after the intervention, the degree of risk perception, psychological elasticity, social support, coping style and perseverance of nursing staff were evaluated, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results：There was no significant difference in risk perception between general hospital nurses and community nurses, but the psychological elasticity, social support, coping style and perseverance of community nurses were lower than those of general hospital nurses. There was no significant difference in risk perception of new crown among community nurses before and after the intervention (P ? 0.05), but after the intervention, their psychological elasticity, social support, coping style and perseverance were improved, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion：The implementation of the "angel psychological escort project" under the guidance of the systematic theory of psychological development has a significant effect on improving psychological resilience, social support, coping style and perseverance. This model is feasible, effective and can be popularized. |
