护理隐性知识管理的重要性已经得到较一致的认识。本文以护理隐性知识管理环节中的知识分享为切入点，重点阐述其理论基础、研究现状、有效方法及目前取得的成效与不足,旨在增强护士对护理隐性知识的感知,提升综合护理能力，提供未来相关研究方向的理论基础。

英文摘要:

The importance of nursing tacit knowledge management has been recognized. This article takes the knowledge sharing in tacit nursing knowledge management as the starting point. This paper focuses on its theoretical basis, research status, effective methods, achievements and shortcomings, in order to enhance nurses' perception of nursing tacit knowledge, improve comprehensive nursing ability, and provide theoretical basis for future related research directions.
