      为了应对突发的奥密克戎株新冠疫情期间的急诊工作量剧增，上海市某三甲医院急诊科在本次疫情期间借鉴气泡式闭环管理模式，从管理架构、职责与分工、气泡仓的构建与功能、急救流程、环境消杀措施、感染防护与护理管理等六方面实施阳性患者急诊闭环收治；“气泡仓”模式加强了对阳性患者就诊的闭环防控，有效合理地进行防疫流程的布控，避免奥密克戎株在急诊救治患者中发生传播风险，从而提高急救护理防疫的科学性和高效性，保障高压状态下急诊护理工作的有序进行。
英文摘要:
      To response the crash emergency care work capacity during the outburst of Omicron-COVID-19 epidemic, the emergency department from a tertiary hospital in Shanghai, which used the bubble closed-loop management model for reference, and followed the "bubble warehouse" reception model from six aspects, including: management architecture, responsibilities and division of labour, functions of bubble warehouse, first-aid procedures, environmental disinfection and bactericidal measures, infection protection and nursing care management; perfecting the "bubble warehouse" for the treatment of positive patients, strength the closed-loop management for the treatment of suspected/accurate diagnosis positive patients, as well as admitting the patients effectively and safely, and the anti-epidemic layout has been carried out reasonably to avoid the transmission risk of Omicron in the rescue of the patients in emergency care, so as to improve the scientific and high-efficiency of emergency care, nursing care and anti-epidemic, then guarantee the order of emergency and nursing care under the high pressure state.
