      目的:探索基于现实冲击理论的阶段心理培训对新护士的培训效果。方法:选取2018年 7 月至 2019年7月的新护士作为研究对象。分为干预组64例和对照组71例。对照组采用常规的医院《新入职护士岗前培训大纲》进行培训,干预组在其基础上增加基于现实冲击理论阶段心理培训。具体内容根据现实冲击理论本课程分为三个个阶段,分别是蜜月期、震惊期和恢复期。根据不同时期新护理人员的心理特点,设置相应课程。主要采用理论授课、个案教学、视频观看、小组讨论、情景模拟、巴林特小组等多种培训形式相互结合。结果:对两组新护士采用护士职业认同评定量表、护士工作压力源量表,心理弹性量表进行评价。结果:与对照组比较,干预后干预组护士职业认同高于对照组(P <0.05),心理弹性优于对照组(P <0.05)。新护士工作压力小于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:基于现实冲击理论阶段心理培训缓解新护士工作压力,增加职业认同感,增加心理弹性值得临床推广。
英文摘要:
      objective: To explore the effects of psychological training based on reality shock theory for the new nurses. Methods: New nurses were selected from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital and divided into intervention group (n=64) and control group (n=71). The patients of control group treated with traditional training nursing courses, intervention group received psychological training based on reality shock theory. According to the theory, this course is divided into three stages: honeymoon period, shock period and recovery period. According to the psychological characteristics of new nurses in three periods, corresponding courses are set up. It mainly adopts the combination of theory teaching, case teaching, group discussion, scenario simulation, Balint group and other training forms. Results: After the intervention, the score of professional identification Scale for nurses and chinese version of the connor—davidson resilience scale in intervention group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). The new nurses in intervention work under less stress than the control group based on role conflict and ambiguity scale(P<0.05).
