      目的 总结上海某三甲医院在新冠奥密克戎变异株疫情期间急腹症患者的救治情况。方法 科室提前做好应急预案,优化收治流程、病区准备、人员管理、转运协作、病区消杀等方面规范病区管理,在出现阳性患者后,及时流调、安全转运,环境消杀。结果 2022年3月27日-5月17日收治急腹症患者41例均得到良好救治,科室所有人员未发生新冠感染。结论 此次上海新冠疫情期间,通过科室人员管理及环境准备,我院急腹症患者得到很好救治,挽救了生命同时保障了医患安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To summarize the treatment of patients with acute abdomen in a third class a hospital in Shanghai during the epidemic of omicron variant strain of COVID-19. Methods The department made emergency plans in advance, optimized the admission process, ward preparation, personnel management, transport cooperation, ward elimination and other aspects to standardize ward management, timely transfer, safe transport and environmental elimination after the occurrence of positive patients. Results All the 41 patients with acute abdomen treated from March 27 to May 17, 2022 were well treated, and no COVID-19 infection occurred in the department. Conclusion During the COVID-19 outbreak in Shanghai, through staff management and environmental preparation, acute abdomen patients in our hospital were well treated, saving their lives and ensuring the safety of doctors and patients.
