      【】 目的 探讨随迁老人生活满意度、人际幸福感与身心健康的关系。方法 采用一般资料调查表、生活满意度调查表、老年人人际幸福感量表和健康调查简表(SF-36)，对500名随迁老人进行调查。结果 随迁老人生活满意度得分为（10.81±3.220）分，人际幸福感得分为（14.44±2.864）分，身心健康得分为（60.89±18.037）分；生活满意度对身心健康的影响直接效应（β=-8.281，P＜0.001），人际幸福感对身心健康的影响直接效应（β=31.735，P＜0.001），人际幸福感在生活满意度与身心健康之间存在中介效应（β=-23.326，P＜0.001），总效应为-31.607，中介效应占总效应的 73.8%。结论 随迁老人身体健康状况差，生活满意度与人际幸福感影响随迁老人的身心健康，人际幸福感在生活满意度与身心健康间起中介效应，鼓励随迁老人提升人际幸福感，积极社会参与，有助于身心健康的发展。
英文摘要:
      【 Abstract 】 Objective To understand the social integration dilemma and its influencing factors of the elderly with community migration, and to provide a basis for the development of prevention and support measures.?Methods From September to December 2021, 500 elderly people aged 60 and above who moved with them in Tangshan city and Qinhuangdao City of Hebei Province were investigated with social integration questionnaire.?Results There were different degrees of social integration dilemmas in the accompanying elderly.?Marital status, length of residence, health status, frequency of communication with children and place of belonging are the influencing factors of social integration of the accompanying elderly.?Conclusion The social integration dilemma of the elderly accompanied by migration is serious, and corresponding measures should be taken to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly accompanied by migration.
