中文摘要:

慢性疼痛会对青少年后期健康发展产生不良影响，并对青少年家庭、情感、行为领域产生连锁反应。本文对青少年慢性疼痛管理移动医疗的概念、作用机制、应用现状及未来展望进行综述，以产生有关治疗青少年慢性疼痛最佳治疗的新思维方式，为国内进一步临床研究与应用提供多方面技术支持。

英文摘要:

Chronic pain has a negative impact on the healthy development of adolescents in the later stage, and has a chain reaction in the family, emotional and behavioral fields of adolescents. This article reviews the concept, mechanism, application status and future prospects of mobile health care for adolescent chronic pain management, in order to generate new thinking methods for the best treatment of adolescent chronic pain, and provide technical support for further clinical research and application in China.
