      摘要：目的：设计一种可视化肠造口探查管，并探讨其在临床造口护理中的应用体验。方法：通过质性研究中的现象学研究方法，采用非结构式面对面访谈，对8名结直肠专科护士使用可视化肠造口探查管后深度访谈，并利用Colaizzi 法进行资料整理分析。结果：通过分析得出3个主题，分别为可视化肠造口探查管有助于观察造口内容物、有利于判断造口异常症状、专业人员使用前需加强培训。结论：可视化肠造口探查管具有探查、冲洗、扩肛等功能，观察造口狭窄、梗阻及黏膜色泽等优势。可以作为一种安全有效、操作方便的辅助工具，在临床应用推广。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To design a visual enterostomy probe tube and discuss its application effect in clinical stomy care. Methods According to the phenomenological research method in the qualitative study, 8 colorectal nurses were interviewed in depth after the visual enterostomy probing tube by non-structured face-to-face interview, and the data were collated and analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results Three themes were identified through the analysis, namely, visual enterostomy exploration tube is helpful to observe the contents of the stomy, visual observation of the exposed stomy is helpful to judge the abnormal symptoms of the stomy, and professional personnel need to strengthen training before use. Conclusion: Visual enterostomy probe tube has the advantages of exploration, irrigation, anal expansion and other functions to observe the stenosis, obstruction and mucosal color of the stoma. It can be used as a safe, effective and convenient auxiliary tool for clinical application and promotion.
