      目的：公立医院是疾病防治和健康科普的重要阵地。为提供更科学有效的健康科普和疾病宣教服务,了解老年群体对慢性病相关常识、防治和危害的认知情况。方法：基于文献检索,对某三甲公立医院双向转诊门诊老年群体开展问卷调研,了解8种慢性病的认知情况和相关影响因素。结果：通过统计分析和卡方检验,发现性别、收入、教育程度、配偶情况、是否患病是老年人对慢性病防治认知的影响因素,其中的部分差异存在统计学意义。结论：公立医院要推进老年群体慢性病的健康科普和疾病宣教工作,提高精准性、实效性、规范性,切实保障老年患者和老年人的健康权益。
英文摘要:
      Objective: Public hospitals are important positions for disease prevention and health science popularization. To provide more scientific and effective health science popularization and disease education services, and to understand the awareness of the elderly population about chronic disease related knowledge, prevention and control, and hazards. Method: Based on literature search, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly population in a two-way referral clinic of a tertiary public hospital to understand the cognitive status and related influencing factors of 8 chronic diseases. Result: Through statistical analysis and chi square test, it was found that gender, income, education level, spouse status, and whether they are ill are the influencing factors of elderly people"s understanding of chronic disease prevention and treatment, and some of the differences are statistically significant. Conclusion: Public hospitals should promote health science popularization and disease education for chronic diseases in the elderly population, improve accuracy, effectiveness, and standardization, and effectively protect the health rights and interests of elderly patients and the elderly.
