随着医疗技术的快速发展和患者需求的日益多样化,医疗服务正面临着从传统医疗向智慧医疗转型。患者就医体验逐渐成为衡量医疗机构绩效和服务质量的重要指标之一。患者旅程地图作为新兴工具,在优化就医流程,改善患者的就医体验,帮助医疗卫生系统识别质量改进的关键环节等方面起重要作用。故本文系统综述患者旅程地图概念、构建方法、关键接触点中应用现状及挑战,并提出相应对策,旨在为医疗机构不断适应患者需求的变化,实现医疗服务的个性化提供参考。 |

With the rapid development of medical technology and the increasing diversity of patient needs, healthcare services are facing a transition from traditional healthcare to intelligent healthcare. Patient experience has gradually become one of the most important indicators for measuring the performance and service quality of healthcare organizations. Patient journey maps, as an emerging tool, play an important role in optimizing the healthcare process, improving patient experience, and helping the healthcare system identify key aspects for quality improvement. Therefore, this paper systematically reviews the concept, construction methods, application status and challenges in key contact points, and proposes corresponding countermeasures, with the aim of providing a reference for healthcare organizations to continuously adapt to the changing needs of patients and realize the personalization of healthcare services. |
