      目的 探讨SPOC联合任务驱动法在护士长管理能力培训中的应用效果。方法 选取某三级医院临床护士长作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。试验组采用SPOC联合任务驱动法开展培训,对照组采用传统授课法。比较两组的理论考核成绩、管理能力OSCE考核成绩和培训满意度。结果 培训后试验组理论考核成绩为(94.54±4.31)高于对照组(84.23±6.42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组管理能力OSCE站点考核中,“隐患挖掘站”、“业务指导站”、“纠纷沟通站”、“根因分析站”的考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训满意度方面,试验组除培训内容实用外,“培训方式新颖”、“课堂氛围活跃”、“注重问题解决”和“培训效果显著”条目得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SPOC联合任务驱动法注重实践,有利于提升护士长管理能力,护士长有更好的学习体验。

      Objective To explore the effect of small private online course (SPOC) joint task-driven method in management ability of head nurse. Methods Clinical head nurses in a tertiary hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into the experimental group (n=30 ) and the control group (n=30 ) by random number table method. The experimental group adopted SPOC joint task-driven method and the control group adopted traditional teaching. The theoretical test score, management ability OSCE assessment and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the training, the theoretical test score of the experimental group was (94.54±4.31) higher than that of the control group (84.23±6.42) (P < 0.05). In the OSCE site assessment,the test scores of "hidden danger discover station"、"business guidance station"、"dispute communication station" and "root cause analysis station" in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of training satisfaction,except for the practical training content, the scores of "novel training methods", "active classroom atmosphere", "focus on problem solving" and "significant training effect" were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion SPOC joint task-driven method focuses on practice,can improve the management ability of head nurse, and head nurse can have a better learning experience.
