      【摘要】目的:探索BOPPPS[导入(B)、学习目标(O)、前测(P)、参与式学习(P)、后测(P)、总结(S)]教学联合思政教育在器官移植科实习护生临床教学中的效果。方法:选取2023年1-12月在本院接受传统教学的75名实习护生作为对照组,按照1:1配对原则,于2024年1-12月选取接受BOPPPS教学联合思政教育的75名实习护生作为观察组,均教学3个月,比较两组课程思政评分、理论考核成绩、实践技能操作考核评分、实习护生职业认同量表评分、自主学习能力以及教学满意度。结果:教学后,两组实习护生理论考核成绩、课程思政评分、实践技能操作考核评分、自主学习评分均较同组教学前有所提升(P<0.05)。两组教学后比较,观察组教学后3个月基础理论知识、专业理论知识、课程思政评分、实践技能操作考核评分、自我控制、热爱学习、自我管理、自主学习能力总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组教学1周、2周、4周、8周、10周以及出科前教学满意度均高于对照组(χ2=5.021、5.672、6.908、8.385、12.354、16.002;P<0.05)。结论:对器官移植科实习护生进行BOPPPS教学联合思政教育,更好调动实习护生学习自主性,提高实践能力,获取理想教学效果,值得临床推广。

      [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of BOPPPS[Introduction (B), learning objective (O), pre-test (P), participatory learning (P), post-test (P), summary (S)] effect of teaching combined with ideological and political education in clinical teaching of nursing students in organ transplantation department was studied. Methods: Seventy-five practice nursing students who received traditional teaching in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the control group, and 75 practice nursing students who received BOPPPS teaching and ideological and political education from January to December 2024 were selected as the observation group according to the 1:1 pairing principle, and all of them were taught for three months. The two groups were compared in course ideological and political scores, theoretical assessment scores, practical skills operation assessment scores, nursing students' professional identity scale scores, independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction. Results: After teaching, the scores of theoretical assessment, course ideological and political scores, practical skills operation assessment scores and independent learning scores of nursing students in two groups were improved compared with those before teaching (P < 0.05). Compared with the two groups after teaching, the total scores of basic theoretical knowledge, professional theoretical knowledge, course ideological and political scores, practical skill operation assessment scores, self-control, love of learning, self-management and independent learning ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 3 months after teaching (P < 0.05). At the same time, the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks and before graduation (χ2=5.021, 5.672, 6.908, 8.385, 12.354, 16.002; P < 0.05). Conclusion: Conduct BOPPPS teaching and ideological and political education for nursing students in the organ transplant department, improve their practical ability and obtain ideal teaching effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
