| 目的：探讨下肢静脉曲张患者复发风险感知情况及维持预防行为面临的障碍因素。方法：采用目的抽样法,于2024年12月至2025年2月选取武汉市某三级甲等医院血管外科行下肢静脉曲张手术治疗的16例出院患者进行半结构式访谈,采用主题分析法进行资料分析。结果：经过对访谈资料的整理,共提炼出复发可能性感知(对复发风险的低估、对复发风险的不确定、对复发风险的消极回避)、复发危险因素感知(缺乏对复发危险因素的全面了解、对复发危险因素存在误解)、复发严重性感知(临床后果感知、增加经济负担和家庭负担、社会功能受损及适应不良)、预防行为障碍因素(弹力袜使用的依从性障碍、生活习惯改变困难、工作限制)4个主题。结论：下肢静脉曲张患者在复发风险感知和行为转变方面存在多重挑战,医护人员应关注患者的复发风险感知,提升患者的风险意识,帮助患者减少预防行为障碍,以促进患者健康行为的形成与维持。 |

| :：Objective: To explore the perceptions of recurrence risk and the barriers to maintaining preventive behaviors among patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities (VVLE). Methods: A purposive sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 16 discharged patients who had undergone surgical treatment for VVLE in the Department of Vascular Surgery at a tertiary hospital in Wuhan between December 2024 and February 2025. Thematic analysis was employed to analyze the collected data. Results: The analysis yielded four main themes: patients" perception of recurrence risk, including underestimation, uncertainty, and passive avoidance of recurrence; limited awareness and misunderstandings regarding recurrence risk factors; recognition of the severity of recurrence, such as physical discomfort, increased financial and family burden, and impaired social functioning and adaptability; and various barriers to preventive behaviors, including poor adherence to compression therapy, difficulty in modifying lifestyle habits, and work-related constraints. Conclusion: Patients with VVLE encounter multiple challenges in accurately perceiving recurrence risk and sustaining preventive behaviors. Healthcare professionals should pay greater attention to patients’risk perceptions, enhance their awareness through education, and provide targeted support to reduce behavioral barriers, thereby promoting the formation and long-term maintenance of healthy behaviors. |
