      目的 评价并整合回肠造口高排量预防和管理的证据，为护理实践提供依据。 方法 通过系统检索国内外数据库关于回肠造口高排量预防与管理的相关文献，检索时限为为建库至2024年8月1日。纳入文献经质量评价后，由2名研究者进行文献质量的评价及证据提取。结果 共纳入文献10篇，包括指南2篇，专家共识1篇，系统评价4篇，临床决策3篇结论。证据内容涉及危险因素评估、症状评估、营养管理、药物管理、造口皮肤管理、健康教育6个方面进行相关证据的整合，形成了24条相关证据。 结论 本研究总结回肠造口预防与管理的相关依据，为造口高排量患者的护理实践提供循证依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To retrieve and integrate relevant evidence on the prevention and management of high-output enterostomy and provide a reference basis for nursing practice. Methods All evidence on prevention and management of high-output enterostomy was retrieved from various domestic and foreign databases and websites. The retrieval time limit was set from establishment of the databases to August 1st，2024.Two team members evaluated the quality of these articles and extracted relevant evidence.Results Totally 10 articles were included，including 2 clinical guidelines，1 expert consensuses, 4 systematic reviews, and 3 clinical decision support. Finally，24 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 6 aspects of risk factors，risk factor assessment，symptom assessment , nutritional management ，drug management ,stoma skin management and health education.Conclusion This study summarized the evidence for the prevention and management of high-output enterostomy，and provided the best evidence for clinical stoma nurses to formulate nursing management plan for the prevention and management of high-output enterostomy.
