      大型公立医院在医疗卫生服务体系中具有引领和支撑的战略性地位,而护士队伍在应对区域性、国家性以及全球性的卫生挑战,实现全民健康覆盖的政治承诺中具有巨大的潜力与责任。本文在分析新时期大型公立医院功能定位的基础上,针对大型公立医院护理人力资源配置存在的人力总量不足,优质护理人才短缺,岗位设置与职业路径与新时期功能定位的不匹配以及缺乏科学的护理人力资源配置标准与方法等问题和挑战,提出大型公立医院护理人才队伍建设的思考与建议。
英文摘要:
      National public hospitals have a critically important role of leading development in the health care system, and the nurses have great potential and responsibilities in responding to regional, national and global health challenges and realizing the universal health coverage. Based on the analysis of the functional positioning of national public hospitals in the new era, this article focuses the issues and challenges of nursing human resources in the national public hospitals, including the shortage of total manpower and high-quality nursing talents, the mismatch between job settings and career paths and the functional positioning in the new era, and the lack of the standards and methods of allocating nursing human resource. In the end, this article puts forward suggestions to build the future nursing talent team in the national public hospitals.
